Lower Back Stretches


1 .Hamstring stretch
(do both legs) and hold for 20-30 seconds each leg

2. Quad stretch (do both legs) and hold for 20-30 seconds each leg

3. Calf Stretch (do both legs) and hold for 20-30 seconds each leg

4. Inner thigh stretch (do both legs) and hold for 20-30 seconds each leg

5. Back and Hamstring stretch hold for 20-30 seconds

6. Gluteal stretch (do both sides) and hold for 20-30 seconds each side
