Dr. Jeff Rapp

Growing up in Salina, Kansas, Dr. Jeff gained a unique perspective of the community through hard work and personal experience.

A 1987 Graduate of Kansas State University and 1992 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, Dr. Jeff treats a wide range of patients - from the elite athlete to the toddler just learning to walk.

He encourages his patients to maintain a positive attitude about their future health.

"I really enjoy getting to know my patients and see them understand what it takes to get well. Chiropractic plays an important role in the process of wellness," says Dr. Jeff.

Dr. Maria Rapp

Dr. Maria is from Maryland and completed her undergraduate work at Virginia Tech before going to Palmer College of Chiropractic.

She grew up working with horses, including the Budweiser Clydesdales. Now she keeps busy with her kids, church and teaching Natural Family Planning classes.

She has added acupuncture and auriculotherapy to her practice to enhance the chiropractic results and add new options for patients such as weight-loss and fertility treatments.

Dr. Maria says, "I believe good health involves wellness of the body, mind and spirit. Our office provides great services and support to help our patients reach that goal."

Our Acupuncturist


Laura Stegman, LAc and CMT

Laura, being a native of Salina, Ks, is excited to come back and serve the community. She graduated from Sacred Heart and went to Johnson County Community College for pre-nursing. However, while she was there, she realized holistic health was a better fit for her beliefs and ambitions for helping people.

She went on to receive a Master's of Science in Acupuncture from the
Colorado School Of Traditional Chinese Medicine and a Certificate in Massage Therapy from Fort Hays State University.

Laura is passionate about acupuncture because it is a whole-body approach and each treatment
is tailored to meet the specific needs of that individual person.
